North Carolina Central edged North Carolina A&T to hold on to second place in the final FCS Poll.
Southern University finished fourth with Prairie View A&M and Tennessee State tied for fifth.
Alcorn State, South Carolina State, Bethune-Cookman and Hampton round out the top 10.
Winston-Salem State was named Division II/NAIA National Champion after edging Tuskegee in the final poll
